My retreats don‘t take themselves too seriously. This is not your average “yoga” retreat.
If you love jumping into the ocean, letting your hair down, swapping enlightenment for enjoyment and chanting my favourite mantra - ‘f it’...then you are in the right place.
Combine it with stunning, barefoot luxury lodgings and not having to plan a thing, then you‘ll find yourself on pretty much the best holiday ever!
Oh and don't forget the food! We are foodies over here and love amazing private chefs, local hotspots, coffee and extra dessert!
Glass of wine? No judgment here!
Here, you don’t need to plan a single thing - no scrolling reviews or scheduling excursions, no spreadsheets or group texts about dinner reservations. I’ve curated every delicious detail so all you have to do is show up, breathe out, and finally think about yourself for a change.
If you’re craving a break from being the planner, the fixer, the one who keeps the plates spinning at home and at work… this is your permission slip to finally let it all go. No job, no kids, no partner, no dog - just you, your sun-drenched self, and a trip that feels like a love letter to your spirit.
These trips are self-care, but with a little more soul and a lot more fun + adventure. We’ll ditch the silent halls and celery juice routines for something way juicier: FUN, pure enjoyment, and only saying yes to things you really want to!
I’ve carefully curated every detail, every sunlit moment, every delicious bite, every off the beaten path adventure - so you don’t have to lift a finger (unless it’s to pick up your book) all you have to do is show up and think about one thing: you (remember her?)
Here, barefoot days end with laughter and golden hour swims. There’s no dress code and absolutely no preachy rules—just an open invitation to be wonderfully, unapologetically you.
What you’ll find:
The perfect balance between active adventure and relaxing. The biggest decision you’ll make is where you’re going to read your book? Beach or pool? Should you have another massage today or tomorrow or both?!
Space to wander, rest, or play. Skip yoga for hot coffee and your book in bed. Yes, please. Drool on your book, wander off for a gelato - no one’s keeping score.
Zero pressure - join the group, chase your own curiosity. Don't fancy stand up paddle boarding or a surf lesson- no problem. You do you! No rules, just doing what sounds best to you in the moment.
Real connection - with yourself, with the ocean and nature, and with other wonderfully imperfect humans who feel like old friends by dessert.
Moments that matter - open-air dinners, laughter on the sand, salt-streaked swims, and memories you’ll want to bottle up.
Zero logistics. I’ll scout the best seaside trattorias, book the paddle boards, and map out the magic - so you can finally put down your phone (and your planner) and just be.
Days curated for connection, joy, and rest (and zero decisions for you to make)
permission to be a little messy, a little silly, and totally real
Because the best memories are the unplanned ones (even when I’ve secretly planned them all for you). Because life tastes sweeter when you eat gelato in your swimsuit, let your hair do whatever it wants, and actually taste the freedom of not being responsible for anyone or anything (for once).
This is your love letter to yourself.
Not a retreat to change who you are—but a reminder of who you’ve always been, underneath all the things on your to do list.
Picture this: You, toes in the sand, heart beating a little lighter, all the logistics and “shoulds” melting away with the tide. The only thing on your mind is what brings you joy. (Don’t be surprised if you never want to leave.)
Rooms are cozy, sun-drenched, and - just between us - tend to fill up faster than a beach bar at sunset. Consider this your invitation to claim your spot and start dreaming.
Ready to dip your toes in? I’d love to share this little slice of sunshine with you. You might just leave lighter, sun-kissed, and full of stories.
Come as you are. I’ll take care of the rest.
Because sometimes, the best way to find yourself is to let someone else do the planning - so you can finally lose yourself in the moment.
Oh friend, "yes. One hundred times, yes." The women who come on retreat with me flying solo leave with a bunch of new friends, feeling more connected and lit-up then they ever imagined. This is your space to breathe, your time to meet people who just get it, and maybe even find that long-lost part of "you" that got buried under emails and errands.
Absolutely. You don’t need to be bendy or blissed out or own fancy leggings. We move in a way that feels good — not punishing, not performative.
I’ve got you. Whether you’re gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, low-sugar, or all of the above — there will be food available for you. Just let me know your needs when you book, and I will take care of the rest.
I believe in freedom over rules. So yes — if you want to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, you're welcome to.But I also create space where not drinking is equally welcome. There's no pressure either way—just presence, choice, and respect for where you're at.
Each retreat includes *almost everything* you’ll need for a beautifully curated experience:
- Your accommodation (lush and cozy, of course)
- Brunches and dinners
- Daily movement sessions
- Activities and excursion outlined for that specific retreat
- Special surprises and meaningful little touches
- Tips and gratuities
- Transportation to/from activities and excursions
*What’s not included? Flights, travel insurance, airport transfers (but I will help you book these) and any optional spa treatments or excursions outside our group plans.
This will vary depending on the retreat location. I will send you a packing list in advance so you know exactly what to bring.
Retreats are planned with care, often more than a year ahead—accommodations and private chefs are booked well in advance. Because of that, the £500 deposit per person is non-refundable.
That said, I get it: life happens. If something unexpected comes up, let me know as soon as you can. If I am able to fill your spot, we’ll happily consider a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to the retreat T&Cs on this website for complete details.
Yes, You should definitely have travel insurance. It is required and for your benefit.
