I teach vinyasa flow yoga, I also take my flow on the water and teach SUP yoga and I go outside with my mat and get sandy to teach beach yoga too. In my classes you will move and  breathe, sweat and strengthen, lengthen and loosen, release and relax. I teach weekly SUP Yoga classes in different beautiful locations.  SUP Yoga is a yoga class taught on a stand up paddle board floating on the ocean. It’s probably my favourite way to practice yoga…in nature, breathing in fresh air, taking in the beautiful surroundings. You don’t need any yoga or SUP experience to join a class. I teach pop-up beach yoga classes all over the island of Jersey on the weekends and sometimes during the week too, weather permitted. I pop-up on a different beach each time I teach depending on the tide, wind and weather. I announce the pop-up class locations by email 24-48 hours in advance.  These classes are open to all levels (no experience needed) and are super popular. It’s a great way to take your yoga outside, to visit a new beach and set yourself up for a great rest of the day! Vinyasa Flow Yoga: this class makes my heart sing.  We move, breathe, flow and grow together.  We stretch, we strengthen, we sweat or glow, then we take it down and relax before you go!  The class is open to all levels.  It’s playful, sometimes challenging, all the times fun.  I try not to disappoint on the soundtrack and jokes.  I promise you will leave class feeling better than when you walked in the door.
