I created this 5 day Summer Reset for you, so that you can still enjoy your summer weekends of fun, but then you have this plan to use Monday-Friday to get you feeling fab.
This way, even if you have BBQ’s and boozy weekends all summer long, you can balance it out during the week with some healthy, nourishing goodness. It will be like pressing a reset button. Even if it’s just so you can do it again the next weekend. At least then it balances out. You aren’t just going crazy at the weekend and then continuing the junk food and booze into the week too. This way, you can take a pause and undo some damage. Detox, before ya retox, right? Kidding…kind of.
