I am so ready to say goodbye to the heavy winter foods and have a fresh, lighter start for spring and summer. I love the warming, heavier foods of winter, but they have left me feeling…well, a little heavy. I want to shed these extra layers and get some spring in my step.
I’m excited for this week of healthy, delicious eating to drop a few pounds and the bloat, increase my energy, get my skin glowing and kick the sugar cravings.
