- 1 cup almond or other nut milk (unsweetened)
- 1/4 teaspoon tumeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 2 Tablespoons raw cacao
- pinch sea salt
- Blend the ingredients together in a blender.
- Transfer to a small pan on the stove.
- Heat over medium heat,stirring regularly.
- Drink.
- Remember: raw cacao contains caffeine. Don't drink this too close to bed!
