Hot chocolate that is good for you? Wait, what? Yup! Lots of anti-inflammatory spices in this rich chocolately drink! Drink up! 

Healthy Hot Chocolate
Serves 1
  1. 1 cup almond or other nut milk (unsweetened)
  2. 1/4 teaspoon tumeric
  3. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  4. 1 Tablespoon honey
  5. 2 Tablespoons raw cacao
  6. pinch sea salt
  1. Blend the ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Transfer to a small pan on the stove.
  3. Heat over medium heat,stirring regularly.
  4. Drink.
  1. Remember: raw cacao contains caffeine. Don't drink this too close to bed!
